- 1. The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the western beltway of Zielona Gora - section III from the roundabout along voivodship road No. 280 to the intersection with provincial road No. 279.
2. The applicant informs that the subject of the order will be carried out in the design and build formula in a relationship with which the scope of the subject of the contract includes:
SWZ;
2) execution of construction works based on the developed documentation referred to in point 3.3.1) SWZ, with point 3.4. Swz.
3. Delicular description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. 4. The order of the contract should be completed in accordance with the functional and utility program (PFU) contained in Annex I.4 to SWZ.
5. Investigations It is covered by co-financing from the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate and environment 2021-2027 FENX.05.03-IP.02-002/24
