- 1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of the Western Bypass of Zielona Gora - section III from the roundabout along provincial road No. 280 to the intersection with provincial road No. 279.
2. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order will be implemented in the design and build formula, in connection with the scope of the subject of the order includes:
SWZ;
2) performance of construction works based on the prepared documentation referred to in point 3.3.1) SWZ, subject to point 3.4. SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. 4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ.
5. Investment is covered by funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 program FENX.05.03-IP.02-002/24
