- Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is: Construction work involving the adaptation of the premises for the needs of the Oncological Cardiology Department and the Hematology Department in Building No. 4 COZL on the ground and high ground floors.Still on the ground floor in building No. 4 to the Regulation of the Minister of Health, i.e. adaptation of rooms for daytime chemotherapy, a diagnostic and treatment room, a ward cooker and doctor's offices. In adapted rooms, the scope of works includes the replacement of the floor covering and the replacement of the floor coveringsuspended ceilings. Additionally, a water and sewage installation will be made. and domestic hot water, adapting it to the new locations of sanitary utensils. There will also be electrical and teletechnical installations, ventilation with air conditioning in the VRF system and installation of medical gases for the chemical roomday therapy and a diagnostic and treatment room. 2) On the High Ground Floor, adaptation works will be carried out in the intensive cardiovascular supervision room, in an isolation room, a nursing point connected with a diagnostic and treatment room.
