The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works and greenery plantings along with their maintenance related to the implementation of the task titled: Adaptation of old development of farm buildings at Dwor Bemw into recreation areas as part of the revitalization of Duchacki Park, Stage III-4, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds which the Ordering Party intends to use it to finance all or part of the order, it was not awarded.1.2 The subject of the procedure and order is an investment related to the implementation of the task titled: ZZM/O1.22/14 Development of Duchacki Park, and ZZM/O1.55/24 PLN 600,000 for Duchacki Park, civic budget of the district - edition X.1.3 The investment area is located on plot no. 815, rev.
