3 Heveliusza 2 in Olsztyn from a residential function for the administrative purposes of the Masurian University of Warmiem, along with the expansion with external stairs, sewage and structureit reproduces the rainwater sewage system, the reconstruction of the energy, water and sanitary sewage system, Journal of Laws No. 1/10 of 54 implemented as part of the investment task entitled: Modernization of the building at ul. Heveliusza 2 in Olsztyn for the administrative needs of Stage II Modernization of the porchverand, ceiling above and under the verand and the execution of energy. The object in question is located in Olsztyn at 2 Heweliusza Street (Journal of Laws No. 1/10, rev. 54 Olsztyn) in the complex of the University of Warmisko-Masurian Voivodeship. Before the Second World War II, there is a psychiatric hospital in this areaand the building will be the subject of the development of residential functions for the hospital management.
