Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the performance of repairs, renovations, modernization and reconstruction of storm sewage systems and related engineering facilities in the Kosakowo Commune, specified in: 1) technical specifications of execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 2) draft provisions of the contract included in the Template Agreement with attachments, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.2. The scope of emergency and repair works and the number of works indicated by the Ordering Party the bill of quantities are estimated and may be decreased or increased depending on the actual needs identified in the field.3. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of making quantitative shifts between the items of the bill of quantities, changes in the scope and quantity works to be performed as a result of the Ordering Party's resignation from implementing part of the subject of the order together with a reduction of the Contractor's remuneration. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to complete the subject of the order to the extent and quantity depending on actual needs of the Ordering Party.
