1 at ul. work insulating external peripheral cian, b) renovation of peripheral circuit wells of the basement windows, c) renovation of the window joinery, d) replacing the door lusar, e) renovation of the staircase, f) floor works, g) insulation of internal ciants, renovation plasters, h) renovation of external staff, i) Lusar robots Drusting of the well, external railing, external wipers, j) maintenance work of canau car scales; 2) Return under the option of option (stage II) includes: a) works sanitary installations, b) internal plastering works, c) worship of roofing coverage of the attic, d) external plastering works, e) replacement of flashes. The construction site will be handed over to the Contractor in the whole in accordance with the planned area implemented robt.
