1. The public procurement procedure is conducted on the basis of the provisions of the Public Procurement Act in the form of an open tender and in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications.
2.The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify the performancethe bidder whose offer was rated the highest, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings in accordance with Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law
3. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the expansion, reconstruction and superstructure of the building of the School Complex of the Education CenterAΕcenia Rolniczy in Nowy Targ ul. Kokoszkow 71 along with land development - stage III.
2.The scope of works includes, among others:
β’Preparation of design documentation for the electrical industry based on PFU,
β’Construction of partition walls,
β’Construction of a mezzanine in the library room,
β’Construction ofinterior window and door panels,
β’Construction of internal window sills,
β’Construction of floors and floors,
β’Construction of ceilings,
β’Construction of internal plasters,
β’Finishing surfaces in accordance with the design,
β’Installation of an elevator,
β’Building equipment,
β’Construction of electrical and telecommunications installationssanitary and central heating, gray water, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning,
