The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the field of thermal modernization, replacement of the heat source and construction of a photovoltaic installation in a public utility building in the Myszyniec commune located in Myszyniec at ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 07-430 Myszyniec in accordance with the study project documentation constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. The investment implementation site is the area where a public utility building is located in Myszyniec at ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 07-430 Myszyniec, plot no. 714, 583, 581/5, register unit 141508_4.000, orb. Myszyniec, Myszyniec commune, city, Ostrocki poviat. The Ordering Party informs that the plot no. 581/3 has been divided and included in the design documentation. The newly created plot no. 581/5 is owned by the Myszyniec commune and constitutes one real estate together with plots no. 714 and 583. Task regarding the thermal modernization of a public utility building at ul. Sienkiewicza 1 in Myszyniec will be implemented on the three above-mentioned sites. Dziaki.3.
