- 1) The subject of the order are construction works related to the task: Construction works consisting in the reconstruction of warehouses for storing modern combat assets (warehouses no. 100, 104 with embankments and 106) - TASK 16459.
2)The execution of the order involves access to classified information with the CONFIDENTIAL clause.
54 section 1 of the Act of August 5, 2010 on the protection of classified information
(Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209) are obliged to protect classified information
4) The scope of the subject of the order includes: also:
• Cutting down trees and settling the harvested wood according to the rules in accordance with the contract template.
•The contractor will prepare operating instructions for the completed installations and facilities operation instructions.
•The Contractor will conduct training for selected representatives of the Administrator
and Service Users, rules of operation and basic ongoing maintenance of all devices installed in the facility in advance of the notification of the Contractor's readiness for acceptance. Dates for conducting training should be included
in the material and financial schedule. The Contractor will prepare a report on the training conducted a protocol containing the topic, scope, date and list of participants (with signatures) of the training.
•The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a copy of the service inspection report, confirmed by the Administrator, within 7 days of the service inspection.
