Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of assigned tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defense in the Public Kindergarten No. 2 at ul. Wapienicka 74 in Jaworze. The scope of work includes, among others: execution pressure injection in a brick wall (double-row injection), reflecting plasters, supplementing external plasters, making internal plasters, as well as painting internal gypsum substrates with emulsion paints and priming. The scope of work was determined by of the Ordering Party in the technical documentation describing the subject of the order (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) and is identical with the bill of quantities attached to the documentation describing the subject of the order. 2. The detailed scope of the Contractor's tasks is described in the SWZ and its appendices, including in particular Annex No. 4 (Description of the Subject of the Order), which consists of: an overview drawing of the projection of the basement rooms in the Public Kindergarten No. 2 in Jaworz, bill of quantities and Technical Specifications for Works Execution and Acceptance Construction (STWiOR).
