Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order in Part 1 of the order includes the construction of construction works consisting in the assembly of the SPLIT air conditioning system in the room 359 in the WFAis building at ul. Grudziądzka 5-7 in Toruń. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope of work and requirements for the execution of the ordered works constitutes the technical documentation contained in Annexes No. 7a to the SWZ ,, 3. The Employer requires from the Contractor and subcontractors, pursuant to art. 95 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law to make persons performing the performance of the operations specified in Chapter and in point 1.9. 1.9.1 Stwiorb were employed on the basis of a labor relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (v. J. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
