Description:
MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the award of a contract for construction works related to the renovation of buildings W-104, N-17 and B-240 in Pionki. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded in accordance with the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed the information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of scans documents. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Tenderer is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). Two handwritten copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. In the Confidentiality Agreement you must complete the company data on the first page and contact details (paragraph 8 point 3). The Company's purchasing platform is intended as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Tenderer.
