Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works on the section of the district road No. 5126E Kalenice Wola Lubiankowska, 997 m2 long. The scope of works includes: - demolition works, - construction of an asphalt overlay, - renovation of roadsides and supplementation of exits, - construction of road markings.3. Place of execution robt: yszkowice commune, owicki poviat, dzkie voivodeship, orb 0005 Kalenice 23/2.4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employs, under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code, persons performing the following activities in the scope of the execution of the order: - preparatory works, - works demolition works, - earthworks, - road renovation, - roadside renovation and supplementation of exits, - road marking, - finishing and cleaning works.5. The Ordering Party requires, under penalty of rejection of the offer, that the Contractor provides a minimum 36-month warranty for the subject of the order and minimum 36 months warranty, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.
