Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works along with the delivery and assembly of equipment for the investment task entitled "Reconstruction and modernization of rooms in building D1 and D2 KSW No. 2 in Rzeszow".
2. The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction and modernization of parts of the rooms in building D1 and D2 based on project and cost documentation. The order also includes the delivery and installation of social and living equipment, IT equipment and audio system-video. The purpose of the task is to retrofit rooms and improve functional, ergonomic and aesthetic values.
3. The works include (Detailed guidelines according to project and cost documentation):
1) dismantling of installations and equipment to the extent necessary to perform modernization works,
2) adjusting the holes and replacing the door to the rooms from the corridor of the D1 and D2 building at the level of the high ground floor,
3) execution of a new electrical and teletechnical installation in this network and computer installation,
4) execution of the Akpia and BMS installation,
5) the division of the auditorium into two smaller by installing a movable acoustic wall,
6) replacement of floor coverings,
7) execution of suspended ceilings and housings mechanical ventilation installation,
8) execution of new wall cladding and paint coating,
9) execution of new wall security,
10) assembly of external blinds as well as curtains and curtains in the conference room,
11) assembly of devices in the conference room,
