- 1. The subject of the order is to prepare an energy assessment of a public utility facility, i.e. the Muszelka indoor swimming pool, ul. Starzyskego 17 in Rzeszow (at Primary School No. 25), containing the concept of energy modernization of the facility, aimed at reducing energy consumption, reducing CO emissions and reducing operating costs. The facility generates high operating costs, especially in terms of heat and electricity consumption, and is heated with natural gas. Size/Scope: 1. Technical characteristics of the facility, including function and structure, types of installations used and the usable area and volume of the facility.2. Analysis of energy and media consumption as it exists for a period of at least 12 months, divided into energy carriers and seasonality analysis.3. Energy balance of the facility, taking into account energy demand for individual zones (including the swimming pool zone), losses through partitions, efficiency of systems, hot water installations. and ventilation.4. Identification of the main sources of energy losses and their reduction potential.5.
