- The subject of the contract is the service of individual and/or group consulting regarding the creation and operation of social service centers (CUS) for local government units that want to transform or create a CUS in their area and for CUS in the voivodeship Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in connection with the implementation of the project "Cohesive Social Policy of Warmia and Mazury" co-financed under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program. Part I The subject of the order is the service of providing stationary consultancy in the field of legal aspects creation and operation of CUSs. Part II The subject of the order is the service of conducting stationary and online consulting regarding the development of a diagnosis of the needs and potential of the local government community in the field of social services, specified in the Act of July 19, 2019 on the provision of services social services through the social services center. Part III The subject of the contract is the service of conducting stationary consulting (individual and/or group) regarding the readiness of OPS/CUS employees to create a cus/transformation of a cus to a cus/functioning of a cus (including strengthening employees and their readiness to change).
