- The subject of the contract is the provision of individual consulting services for each of the 200 employers participating in the project entitled "Employees - the best investment for the company." The advisory service will consist of two stages: Stage I covering advice on the diagnosis and analysis of the situationcompany, development of an individual Age Management Strategy (EMS) along with a proposal for support under the Project, stage II including advice on the development of HR processes and preparation of documents related to the practical implementation of age management in the company.
