Description:
1. The subject of the order is the rental of a KP - 7 m3 container and the collection, transport and management through recovery or disposal of waste with codes consistent with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalogue, i.e. 1.1. municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 051.2. shortcuts with code 19 08 011.3. content of sand traps with code 19 08 022. The amount of waste generated depends on the quantity and quality of sewage supplied to the treatment plant. The estimated amount of waste collected during the contract period is: 2.1. municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 60 tonnes2.2. screenings with code 19 08 01 30 ton2.3. contents of sand traps with code 19 08 02 30 tons3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste transferred, which cannot constitute a basis for the Contractor to withdraw from the contract and does not result in any claims of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.4. Waste collection place: Sewage treatment plant in Zakociele, Zakociele 106A, 97-215 Inowdz.5. 1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Chapter 4 of the ToR.
