Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a continuous supply of diesel oil (appropriate to the period of its use) along with the lease of a container fuel station for the Bielsko Emergency Medical Service. The expected order volume is 143,241 liters of diesel oil for the duration of the contract. Quantities specified by the Ordering Party fuel constitutes an estimated quantity and cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims against the Ordering Party for failure to meet the maximum value of the contract or for the purchase of a smaller quantity of fuel during its validity period. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller amount of fuel, no less than 70% (- 30%) of the planned quantity, without the Contractor being able to submit claims in this respect. 1) Fuel requirements: Quality requirements apply to diesel oil, specified in detail in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. regarding quality requirements for fuels liquids (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and in the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 standard or equivalent Fuels for motor vehicles Diesel oils Requirements and test methods.
