Description:
The purpose of the project is to replace the current False and Authentic Documents Online system, established by Council Joint Action 98/700/JHA within the General Secretariat of the Council, with the new False and Authentic Documents Online 2 (FADO2) system, to be owned and operated by European Border and Coast Guard Agency (‘FRONTEX-), in accordance with following regulations: (EU) 2019/1896, (EU) 2020/493. The main objective of this Contract is to deliver to FRONTEX an ICT software solution for False and Authentic Documents Online 2 (FADO2), a knowledge management system for document and identity control, enabling the exchange of information, knowledge and ‘know-how- among document experts and other stakeholders. The scope of the contract comprises the system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and training for users and administrators as well as maintenance and author supervision.
