  CPV Description: Transport tickets. * Purchase of ZTM tickets: one-off, temporary, short-term and long-term in the form of electronic records for further resale on a tariff basis.
  Purchase of ZTM tickets: one-time, temporary, short-term and long-term in the form of electronic records, for further resale on tariff basis applicable to local collective transportm.st. Warsaw, through stationary ticket machines located in agreed locations. By selling tickets in vending machines, one should understand the electronic record of tickets on contactless cards and an electronic record on cardboard tickets entitling to use the means of collective transport.
  Sale of tickets in vending machines is an electronic record of tickets forcontact points in the case of long-term tickets and an electronic record on boxed tickets in the case of temporary, one-time and short-term time tickets entitling to use public transport means. The agreement is open and will be concluded with every entity interested in participating in this open system, accepting the content prepared bywith the Public Transport Authority of the contract, meeting the requirements for the functionality of ticket vending machines along with agreeing on their location. The provisions of the Public Procurement Law shall not apply to the conclusion of a contract under the terms of an open system for any interested entity that meets the conditions.-to many different Contractors to introduce ZTM tickets to their distribution network for their stationary machines, due to on the existing need for successive expansion of the distribution network of Warsaw collective transport tickets. Passengers willingly use different channels of ticket sales. When deciding on the possibility of making a purchase, time saving and comfort are often affected. the abolition of thethey are just shopping in a well-developed network of stationary ticket machines. Therefore, minimum requirements have been developed, which must be met by entities wishing to establish cooperation in the field of ticket sales via fixed ticket machines.
  Under the contract, the Contractor will be responsible inter alia for: - delivery, setting and-installation at the own cost of vending machines in the amount of minimum 30 pieces with the functionality specified in the contract, - indication of the initial locations in which the machines will be placed, - installation and commissioning of all machines and starting the sale of tickets in locations approved by ZTM will be held within 12 months from signing the contract (ZTM reserves the right to indicateup to 30% of locations), - obtaining all necessary permits and consent to the location of machines (projects, administrative decisions, maps, energy links, etc.), - sending to the ZTM monthly a report informing about the state of implementation of works related to the installation of machines, - in the case of confirmation, in the course of activities related to obtaining the necessary permits, bThe contractor will submit to ZTM a proposal for a new location within a period of up to one month from the receipt of information preventing the location of the machine in its original location. After the ZTM has accepted the new location, the deadline is counted from the beginning,
  ensuring the possibility of selling tickets24 hours a day, on all days of the week in each device, coded on contactless cards and box tickets according to the transport tariff and in accordance with the rules defined by ZTM, - ensuring registration of all ticket sales operations performed, - any damage resulting from further resale tickets to passengers and provide the possibility of recording a ticket fromonline access via the Internet Ticket Sales Service, - ensuring full service of e-hologram coding on cards and blocking the sale of Warszawiak and Ulgowy Warszawiak and Młod Warszawiak tickets on cards without an e-hologram in consultation with ZTM,
  current operation and service of machines, ensuring their permanent functioning,
  removal of failures reported by passengers or ZTMautomation,
  proper protection against unauthorized use,
  transfer to ZTM via SFTP server event files in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract,
  List and brief description of the eligibility criteria:
  A performance bond of PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys) is agreed, to be transmitted within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. frogthe guarantee may be established in the form of: a) a bank guarantee, b) a deposit paid to the designated ZTM bank account. ZTM will be entitled to collect all or part of the security in the event of improper performance of the contract by the Contractor in the case of a liability to pay contractual penalties or compensation related to the performance of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to complete preduced security to the originally indicated amount within 7 days from the written information provided by ZTM.
  The parties allow changes to the contract to be made on the following principles:
  a) in the event of a change in technical requirements, the parties allow the agreement to be replaced in in the scope of files regarding ticket orders, ticket number format or changes in the security method,
  b) in case of changesy technical conditions allow the parties to change the contract in terms of payment method, change of operating systems, change of specifications of technical files transferred to ZTM,
  b) in the event of a change in the functional requirements of the vending machines allow the introduction of new functionalities, including such as making it possible to pay additional fees imposed for the lack of a valid documentlicense and entitlement to a free or discounted ride, introduction of gray list of numbers of reserved proximity cards, changes related to e-hologram coding.
  c) in the case of changing tariff regulations, the parties allow a change of contract in terms of ticket prices, ticket types , ticket functionality or the introduction of new types of tickets, discount values, payment deadline,
  d) inIn the case of changing the ticket system, the parties allow for the change of the contract in the scope of appropriate adaptation of stationary machines enabling the sale of tickets with the use of all the necessary requirements specified in the requirements.
