- I. 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the systematic removal of parts (indicated) of an anchor piles, a water nuts growing on the mirror of the Old Town in Spytkowice in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Old people are part of the Natura 2000 WiΕliska PLH120084 area.of this order (including location, detailed description of the method of completion of the task, indirect terms) is specified in Annex 9 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. Removing - on the basis of art. 95 para. 1 of the Act - requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ on the basis of the relationshipwork of a person directed by a contractor or subcontractor to perform activities consisting in physical work, such as: manual or mechanical removal of anchor plates, biomass removal, transfer of found water organisms (molluscs, amphibians, arthropods, etc.) back totank, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 Β§ 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, of 2024, item 878, 1222).
II. The offer in the proceedings consists of, under pain of invalidity in electronic form,i.e. in an electronic form provided with a qualified electronic signature.
