Terms of the request for quotation: - unless otherwise indicated in the specification, the place of delivery of the goods is the MPK Central Warehouse. ARE. Address: MPK SA, Central Warehouse, ul. J. Brożka 3, 30-347 Kraków, - please submit a price offer expressed in net prices per unit of measurement indicated in the specification. The price should include the cost of delivery - if the price is presented in currency please provide the exchange rate table according to which the receivables will be converted into PLN, - please specify the delivery date in days from the date of receipt of the order, - if the goods are delivered in batches, please specify the quantity delivery and delivery date for each batch counted from the date of receipt of the order, - please specify the validity period of the offer, the validity period of the offer cannot be shorter than 30 days from the date of sending the offer, - payment for the delivered goods will be made by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice, provided that the delivery covered by the invoice is fully completed, - the seller provides a warranty for the delivered parts for a period of not less than 12 months from the date delivery, please confirm the warranty period, - in the event of untimely delivery or untimely replacement of a defective item or untimely settlement of a complaint regarding an order for a product free from defects, sale...
