Description:
The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act of 11 September 2019. The proceedings are conducted in Polish.
