Description:
1. The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law.
2. The proceedings are conducted in Polish.
3. Resulting information obligationfrom Article 13 para. 1 and 2 of the GDPR (EU) have been met on the PGG S.A. website. in the GDPR tab.
4. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 393 section 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject an offer containing products originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concludedagreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision, does not exceed 50%.
