PKP Linia HutniczaSzerokotorowa sp. z o. o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the delivery of the products mentioned in the procedure. The Seller When offering a product, the Seller is obliged to present and attach its catalog/characteristics sheet or other documents enabling the assessment of the subject of the order along with the offer. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes all costs related to the correct execution of the order and transport costs 2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 20 days from the end of the procedure. 3. Required delivery to the Warehouse Group in ZamośćBortatycze Wysokie 3, 22-400 Zamość between: 7: 30-14:00. 4. Required payment term: 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. 5. Required quality documents and warranty conditions for the subject of the procedure PZH CERTIFICATE, the rest should be specified in the offer. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason. 7. The Supplier will provide a warranty for the delivered subject of the order for the period resulting from the manufacturer's warranty, not shorter, however, than 12 months, counting from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's warehouse and will take into account complaints regarding all defects of the subject of the order caused by production or failure to detect them during quality inspection upon delivery. 8.
