- 1. The subject of the order is: Counteracting the degradation of the infrastructure of the Environmental Self-Help House in Lisia Grze. The scope of the order includes: 1) Adaptation works: the works plan to perform works both on the first floor of the building and in the attic: demolition of the existing bathroom and a room in the attic to adapt the entire room for the needs of creating a therapeutic workshop, adaptation of the open space on the first floor to create a quiet room.2) Renovation works: the works include works planned both on the first floor of the building and in the attic: renovation four therapeutic studios in the attic, renovation of the office room and the studio on the first floor, renovation of communication routes on the first floor and attic in terms of walls and ceilings, replacement of damaged roof windows in the bathroom in the attic, installation of new doors in a separate corridor in the attic.3) Purchase necessary equipment: purchase of equipment for a quiet room and a therapeutic workshop created as part of the adaptation of the premises. 2.
