The subject of the contract is a service consisting in providing insurance protection in the field of tort and contractual liability insurance for property and business (voluntary insurance) and property insurance of the Ordering Party (Fordon S tramway).p. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz) in the period from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2024.
The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts:
Part 1: Third party and contractual liability insurance for property and business, property insurance,fixed assets, current assets, cash, low-value fixed assets and property remaining from all risks;
Part 2: Casco insurance of rail vehicles (casco of rail vehicles);
Part 3: Insurance of rail vehicles for electrical and mechanical damage (uprotection of rail vehicles against breakdowns / damage - symbol MB).
