Description:
The subject of the order is to provide author's supervision, within the scope indicated, of the InfoMedica Plus (successor to InfoMedica) and AMMS Plus (successor to AMMS) Application Software modules for a period of 12 months.2. The scope of the subject of the order is the provision of supervision services copyright on the application software in accordance with the scope of modules listed in Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ. making changes to the Application Software to the extent related to existing functionalities covered by this Agreement, to the extent required by the changes generally applicable legal provisions or internally applicable legal provisions issued on the basis of statutory delegation, removing critical and ordinary software errors, introducing changes resulting from changes in legal provisions, providing updates software and new versions, providing access to the notification system (CHD), providing access to the FTP server with the current version of the application software, the possibility of submitting proposals for modifications and development of the software.3. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.
