1. The subject of the order is author's supervision, service and monitoring of the IT system used at the Clinical Provincial Hospital No. 2. St. Jadwiga the Queen in Rzeszów. 2. In particular, the subject of the order covers the following scope:1) Supervision services of proprietary Infomedica and AMMS software by Asseco Poland S.A.;2) provision of maintenance services over IT systems produced by Asseco Poland SA owned by the Clinical Provincial Hospital No. 2 named after W. Jadwiga Krlowa in Rzeszów and the hardware and software environment used to run it;3) providing remote monitoring services of the operation of the HIS system and dependent systems (EDM, InfoMedica)3.
