Description:
1. The order of the contract was specified and described in Annex 2 to SWZ (planned provisions of the contract) and Annex 3 to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract).
2. The subject of the order is:
1) Organizing and launching the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Złotowor at a distance of up to 5 km from its administrative borders on the property provided by the Contractor,
2) transport and management of municipal waste from PSZOK in place / places of processing of municipal waste, provided / assured by the Contractor and indicated / indicated in the offer,
3) Implementation of services and obligations related to the abovementioned in point 1) - 2).
3. The PSZOK formed and run by the contractor must provide service for all authorized owners of real estate located in the member communes of the Association of Municipalities of the Krajna Municipalities in Złotow (hereinafter: "Union").
