- The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the investment task called Creation of 37 new care places for children up to 3 years old in a new nursery facility at Klczany 1, consisting of the reconstruction an existing kindergarten building for nursery and kindergarten purposes. The scope of the order includes: renovation, thermal modernization and reconstruction of the existing kindergarten building in Klczany for nursery and kindergarten purposes. The purpose of the works is to reconstruct the interior of the building, the ceiling and walls external stairs, roofs, creation of new internal stairs, installation of new installations, delivery and assembly of the necessary equipment described in the design documentation, adaptation of the facility to the needs of people with limited mobility, adaptation of the facility to assumptions for the thermal modernization audit. The investment includes the development of the area around the building, including parking spaces, hardening (roads, squares), a retaining wall, external stairs and other technical infrastructure, including the reconstruction of the network and electricity connections, as well as external lighting.
