Description:
1. The procedure is conducted on the basis of the provisions of Section VI of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL Act and executive regulations issued to above of the Act - as a public procurement procedure in thein the field of defense and security - in the form of a limited tender (in accordance with Art. 410 (1) of the quotation of the Act).
2. The subject of the contract is:
Lot 1: Purchase of computing power and network infrastructure with the necessary software for the ETIAS system - Development of memory infrastructuredata;
Part 2: Purchase of computing and network infrastructure with the necessary software for the ETIAS system - Expansion of mass storage network (SAN) infrastructure;
Part 3: Purchase of computing and network infrastructure with the necessary software for theETIAS - Purchase of server infrastructure with software and licenses;
Part 4: Purchase of computing and network infrastructure with the necessary software for the ETIAS system - Extension of the backup subsystem;
Part 5: Purchase of computing power infrastructure and networkwith the necessary software for the ETIAS system - Purchase of LAN infrastructure;
Part 6: Purchase of network devices for EWIDA IT systems - Purchase of LAN switches for CWT and ZWT.
