Creation of a research station for processing extracted stone into soil-forming material, its installation. on KD Barbara and making it available for research carried out as part of the GI-mine project The subject of the order is the creation of a research station for processing post-mining stone into material. soil-forming plant, its installation on KD Barbara and making it available for research carried out as part of the project Sustainable and intelligent management of mine waste towards a green waste management - pilot and demonstration project GI-mine (Green and intelligent mine) in GIG PIB.1. The installation will be installed, launched and made available for testing on the premises of KD Barbara in Mikoów.2. The pilot plant must be composed of the following components:2.1 Jaw stone crusher2.2 Belt conveyor crushed stone2.3 Scale2.4 INOX buffer tank2.5 Z-type loading conveyor2.6 Manual rotary feeder2.7 Counter-rotating Mixer-Granulator with agglomeration function2.8 Container for the finished product3. The installation is intended to enable the following process: Rock raw material goes to a jaw crusher, where it is crushed to a fraction of 04 mm.
