Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the implementation of the investment entitled: Establishment of the SENIOR+ Club in the building of the village community center in Parkoszowice in accordance with the attached design documentation along with annexes to the design documentation and specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works.2. The renovation of rooms in the building at ul. Wiejska 60 in Parkoszowice for the needs of the SENIOR+ Club, the task will be performed in accordance with the work notification to the District Office, while the reconstruction consisting in making a new opening in the load-bearing wall will be performed in accordance with construction permit No. 472/2025 of July 15, 20253. The detailed scope and description of the construction works that are the subject of the order are specified in the design documentation and technical specification. execution and acceptance of construction works and other documents indicated in section 2.2 constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.4. Moreover, the Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the order are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
