4.1. The subject of the order is the delivery and launch of IT infrastructure and software, As part of the project "Culture at your fingertips - creating a streaming platform enabling access to cultural events taking place at the Center for Meeting Cultures in Lublin" in particular:
4.1.1.1.1, assembly and launch of IT infrastructure, and in particular:
1) disk matrix as Central data storage for the needs of the Mam system, transcoding system and virtual machines,
2) two pieces of high -performance data processing servers,
3) UPS power supplies ensuring continuity of systems,
4) Network switch (switch) to ensure high-performance communication network,
5) signal switch (KVM) to ensure efficient operation of both servers,
6) hardware firewall (UTM) ensuring network security,
7) Rack 19 "wardrobe,
8) virtualization system based on Bare-Metal hypervisor on delivered servers.
4.1.2 Download and integrated implementation Strea-ring platform software (hereinafter: Platform) including modules:
1) IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM (MEDIA Asset Management) and a transcoding system enabling management, archiving and code of audiovisual materials in various formats;
2) implementation of the OTT system that will be enabled users to reach audiovisual materials in demand (VOD) and Pu-Blame mode on the VOD streaming portal of live events;
