Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of free -standing (maintenance -free) toilets in the city of Krakow, and constant supervision over technical condition of the facilities as well as securing their proper functioning and ensuring the correct sanitary and hygienic condition NO arousing reservations of users and controlling bodies, including sanitary department.
2. The detailed scope of services, the manner of performance of the order and the contractor's obligations specify the following documents:
Annex 4 to SWZ, i.e. description of the subject of the contract
Annex 3 to SWZ, i.e. the designed provisions Contracts with attachments
95 para. 1-2 of the PZP Act.
4. The contracting authority provides for the possibilities of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
The scope of services includes There will be works listed in OPZ consisting in performing identical work to which the description of the subject of the contract relates in an amount not exceeding a maximum of PLN 5,956,453.00 gross. They will be granted if there is a need to extend the subject of the contract.
