- 1. The subject of the order is: Current maintenance of cleanliness and order in the areas around buildings owned by the City of Rawa Mazowiecka. The scope of works covered by the subject of the order includes: 1) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in green areas, sidewalks, internal roads of access roads and parking lots, 2) emptying city bins of waste and keeping the area around the bin clean every day by 900, 3) maintaining municipal bins in an appropriate sanitary condition and painting them by May 31 of each year, 4) caring for the existing tree stand, i.e. carrying out maintenance work in the tree crowns (in accordance with Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection - Journal of Laws Laws of 2020 pos. 55), watering plantings as needed, eliminating regrowth on trunks, 5) extinguishing trees that pose a threat to the safety of people and property and those that are completely dead to the Ordering Party, 6) removing trees and shrubs as well as debris and falls including milling of stumps (after receiving the permitting decision, if necessary), 7) consulting the work with the energy company if required, 8) caring for existing shrubs, 9) caring for existing lawns after...
