- 1. The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance of green areas in the areas managed by Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej TBS w Czstochowie Sp. z o. o., excluding Housing Communities, consisting in: 1) cutting down trees and removing wood, 2) cutting in the tree crown and removing brush, depending on depending on needs, including: sanitary, corrective, forming, lighting, technical, reduction cuts, 3) mowing and raking lawns, i.e. grass, weeds and overgrown plants, including those growing near elements of small architecture, electric poles, lighting poles, signals, road signs and other elements of technical infrastructure along with the removal of the resulting green waste, in the following periods: a) from April 15 to June 10, 2026, one-time lawn mowing, b) from July 1 to August 14, 2026, one-time lawn mowing, c) from October 1 to November 15, 2026 one-time mowing of lawns, 4) planting, 5) weeding of greens/squares twice a year in the flower months - May 2026, August - September 2026 (ul.
