Description:
11.1. The object of the order is the work of cleaning and maintaining green areas along the municipal streets and emptying street baskets in the Italian district in 2025.

- comprehensive tree care,
- cutting down trees,
- removal of windbreaks,
- removing carp,
- removal of suckers,
- making flexible bonds,
- performing rigid bonds,
- performing slight technical cuts,
- planting trees,
- intervention watering,
- tanning of trees,
- other care works and cleaning.

11.2.1. The commander plans to perform no less than 50% of the total value of the works listed in the offer cost estimates.
The contracting authority reserves the right to change (increase or reduction) in the number of measuring units of treatments given in the cost estimates in the event that during the performance of the contract the need to perform a greater amount of a specific scope of work (at the cost of reducing another scope of work). The change cannot be made in this way exceed the remuneration of the contractor specified for this purpose: in § 5 (2) of the contract (offer cost estimate for 2026); in § 5 para. 3 contracts (offer cost estimate for 2027).
