Description:
The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance of streets in the city of Siedlce.1. The scope of the order includes: a) partial renovation of bituminous surfaces, b) partial renovation of emulsion and grit stones), filling of gaps, seams and cracks with elastic grout, d) milling of bituminous surfaces (removal of humps, ruts),e) periodic detours of streets in the city.2. The detailed subject of the order was specified in the bill of quantities and the Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 5 to SWZ).3. The quantities of works given in the bill of quantities are approximate based on the quantities of works performed in previous years and are subject to change.4. For the implementation of the works, the Contractor will receive partial orders according to the needs of the Ordering Party.5. The orders will specify the type of work, location, approximate dimensions of the ordered renovations and completion date.6. The contractor undertakes to start the works within 3 days from the date of receipt partial order. The Contractor is obliged to secure the damaged surface until the renovation is completed, immediately after receiving information about the damage from the Ordering Party.7.
