Description:
1. The subject of the order are successive, ongoing renovations and repairs of public and internal municipal roads in the Zgorzelec Commune (rural commune areas), including in particular: 1) partial renovations of roads and sidewalks 2) partial renovations of bituminous surfaces 3) partial renovations of concrete surfaces paving stones4) renovation or construction of a surface from reclaimed asphalt (cutter)5) asphalt concrete surface, masonry surface6) demolition of road and street elements7) renovation of road culverts and bridges8) drainage of road surfaces2. Current renovations and repairs of municipal roads are aimed at increasing the height their technical condition and level of usability, and improving the level of safety for vehicles and pedestrians traveling within the road.3. The Contractor will be obliged to implement the subject of the order according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, based on written orders containing the location, type, scope of work necessary to be performed, their value and completion date. 4.
