Description:
1. The subject of the order is the ongoing maintenance of roads in the city of Zduska Wola in 2026, part 1 "Repairs of bituminous surfaces"2. The detailed scope of the order is included in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. Order will be granted on the terms and conditions specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.4. The minimum warranty period for construction works, parts 1 and 2, is 36 months, the maximum is 72 months. The minimum warranty period for construction works, part 3, is 6 years months, maximum 12 months. The offered warranty period will also be the warranty period. Section 7.4 continued.)
