- 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of:
a.Contractor's Technical Assistance;
b.Technical Assistance of the Base Software Producer;
c.ITSM System Customization Service (option right).
2.The Contractor's Technical Assistance Services should facilitate the work of system users and ensure the development of ssystem in terms of functionality and quality.
3.Technical Support Services of the Base Software Manufacturer should provide support to the Ordering Party during the System's operation period and development of the System in terms of functionality and quality.
4.ITSM System Customization Services should provideprofessionally and timely modification and expansion of the ITSM System with new functions and modules in response to changing legal regulations and the Ordering Party's needs.
5. A description of the full ITSM system is included in Appendix No. 2 to the PPU.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix n.r 1 to SWZ.
