Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Tree cutting for the expansion of the Municipal Cemetery in Mielec. 2. The subject of the order is the provision of tree cutting services and grubbing up on plots with a total area of approximately 5.70 ha for the expansion of the Municipal Cemetery in Mielec at ul. Queen Jadwiga 6A. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) determining the boundaries of the felling area; 2) agreeing on the scope of work with the appropriate distribution system operator (e.g. PGE, ENEA, Tauron, etc.) due to the performance of work near active 15 kV lines, 3) obtaining the required permits and consents to carry out the work in the protection zone of the 15 kV line if required; 4) coordination of the date of tree cutting with possible disconnection of voltage if required by the distribution system operator; 5) cutting trees; 6) cutting wood into sections; 7) arranging the cut wood into logs; 8) digging stumps roots and their disposal;9) sawing of branches and disposal of chips;10) leveling and tidying up the area after completion of the work.3.The method of execution of the subject of the order is presented in detail in Chapter II and III of this SWZ.
