1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, assembly and configuration of the following equipment: 1.1. Office Server 2 set 1.2. UPS Type 1- 1 set.1.3. GOPS server - 1 set.1.4. UPS Type 2 1 pc.1.5. Switch 4 pcs. 1.6. PoE switch 2 pcs.1.7. Router 1 set 1.8. Access Point 6 pcs. 1.9. Controller 1 pc. 1.10. Software Antivirus 1 set 1/11. License for the UTM firewall for the Municipal Office in Przytyk, 1 set. 2. The Contractor undertakes to provide a warranty for the delivered equipment, including: 2.1. 60 months warranty for the Urzd server and Serewr GOPS2.2. 36 months warranty for UPS Type 1 devices, excluding battery and UPS Type 2 excluding battery;2.3. 24 months warranty for Switch, PoE Switch, Router, Access Point devices and batteries in UPS Type 1 and UPS Type 2;2.4. response time to reporting a failure: next business day (NBD),2.5. replacement of damaged components within 2 business days,2.6. in case of disk failure hard disk, the damaged disk remains with the Ordering Party.3.
