- The subject of the order is the delivery and connection of a power generator and a central UPS to the existing low-voltage power installation supplying the building of the Municipal Office in Barwice. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Due to the necessity of connection power generator and central UPS to the existing low-voltage power installation supplying the building of the Municipal Office in Barwice, acting pursuant to Art. 131 section 2 point 1 of the Act of 11/09/2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to carry out a local inspection, location of the inspection: building of the Municipal Office in Barwice, ul.
