Task 1 Delivery and installation of a power generator with a rated power of min. 120 kW along with trailers and training in its use.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a to SWZ.2. Delivery address Koszcin Commune Office ul. Powstacw lskich 10, 42-286 Koszcin.3. The contractor will complete the order taking into account the provisions of the SWZ, Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and the agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.4. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the contract be brand new, unused, have the required technical parameters specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, be in an undamaged, technically operational, complete and ready for use and meets the standards required by Polish law and is free from legal defects. The ordering party excludes the delivery of ex-exhibition equipment. The device must have the CE Conformit European declaration or equivalent, and must be accompanied by the necessary instructions and materials for use. The supplied equipment must be of full value and manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards.5.
