- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of devices and software for the Subice County as part of the Cybersecurity in the Subice County project to the extent described in detail in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: 1) Virtualization software 2 pcs., 2) Software for backups 1 pc.,3) Network protection device (UTM) 11 pcs.,4) Backup storage device 11 pcs.2. General requirements for the delivery of the subject of the order: 1) The delivered equipment must be free from legal and physical defects and showing no signs of use.2) The supplied equipment must be brand new (i.e. manufactured no earlier than 2024), must come from an official distribution channel in the EU, come from mass production taking into account the configuration options provided for by the manufacturer for the offered equipment model.3) Prototype products are not allowed, devices stored for a long time or devices coming from the manufacturer's sales programs are not allowed. Devices cannot be included in the end-of-sale list, end-of-support, end-of-life of the manufacturer.4) All devices will be powered directly from the 230V network.5) The contractor will ensure...
